Ethical line
It is a channel established by the organization so that its employees, customers, suppliers or other interested parties can confidentially report any behavior or activity they consider inappropriate.
An ethics hotline is to foster an ethical and transparent work environment by allowing individuals to report conduct such as harassment, discrimination, fraud, corruption, abuse of power or any other action contrary to the company’s values and policies. These lines are usually anonymous and confidential, allowing individuals to communicate their concerns without fear of retaliation.
